First of all, there are many reasons for the conveyor belt deviation, which are not necessarily caused by the conveyor belt, and need to be checked one by one.
Method 1: Measure the circumference of the left and right sides of the conveyor belt. If the difference between the left and right circumferences is large, it is a belt process problem and the belt needs to be replaced. If the circumferences are basically the same, other problems besides the belt need to be considered.
Method 2: Adjust the tensioner of the head-driven conveyor. If the belt deviates to the left, you need to adjust the left bolt clockwise to tighten the left belt. Or adjust the right bolt and turn it counterclockwise to loosen the right belt.
