1. Strong and small elongation: The suction ribbon needs to withstand greater tension and have a small elongation during use to ensure the stability and accuracy of tobacco delivery.
2. Friction and high temperature resistance: Since the suction ribbon frequently contacts tobacco and may be in a high temperature environment, it must have excellent friction and high temperature resistance.
3. Non-toxic and harmless: The suction ribbon is in direct contact with tobacco, so non-toxic and harmless materials must be selected to prevent contamination of tobacco products.
4. Easy to clean: In order to maintain the hygiene of the production environment and prevent cross contamination, the suction ribbon should be easy to clean.
